1. Before installation, it is necessary to check whether all components are complete, and replace them promptly if there are any defects.

3. During the lifting process, only the support and lifting ring should be subjected to force, and weak components such as connecting pipes, clamps, and pipe openings should not be subjected to force. They should be lifted and placed gently to avoid collision.

4. Before installation, the enamel surface of the enamel equipment should be cleaned with water, and clean rubber shoes should be worn to check whether the enamel glass lining is intact.

5. The flange and connecting parts of the enamel reaction vessel should follow the installation principles of chemical containers, requiring symmetrical, uniform and gradual tightening to avoid damage to the enamel surface due to excessive local stress. If the gasket loses elasticity during the disassembly process, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

During the installation of the mixer, attention should be paid to installing anti loosening components such as anti loosening pins or nuts, and checking whether the rotation direction of the mixer is consistent with the direction shown in the diagram, in order to prevent the mixer from reversing and falling off during operation, which may damage the lining.

9. If metal components are installed on the enamel reaction vessel, welding is only allowed on the outer surface of non enamel parts such as the jacket. The welding speed should be fast and corresponding cooling measures should be taken. If welding is performed near the pipe mouth, inlet, or flange, each pipe mouth should be tightly covered to prevent welding slag from splashing and damaging the enamel surface.

10. After the installation of enamel equipment, various components and the inside of the tank should be carefully inspected to confirm that there are no errors before conducting idle testing.
